The first step in developing your brand is getting to know you. We pride ourselves in working across a variety of industries so we can bring a unique perspective that sets you apart from competition. That being said, we still need to know what we’re talking about, so our first step is to learn about you, your product, your peers, your competition, what you love, what you hate, what your customers love and hate, all for the goal of creating something truly resonant and impactful.
The focus of this phase is to sketch and going wide with the brainstorming process. The goal is to generate as many ideas as possible without any judgement. The key is to be open-minded and creative, and to explore a variety of different concepts—even if they seem far-fetched or unlikely. This is an essential part of the process, as it allows for new and unexpected ideas to emerge, and helps to push the boundaries of what's possible.
In this phase, the best ideas are refined and developed further, while weaker ones are set aside. This process is essential for creating a strong and effective brand identity, as it allows us to hone in on the most promising ideas and transform them into thoughtful, complete design solutions that clearly express your brief. This refining process will continue over subsequent rounds of revisions, through collaboration with our clients and partners. Through this iterative process of refining and collaborating, we can create an identity that not only answers the brief but exceeds expectations.
In this final phase, we team up with our clients to launch this new brand identity into the world. This phase is all about bringing the identity to life and ensuring that it resonates beyond the Brand Guidelines. Our team can provide guidance and support throughout the launch process, and continue to be a partner into the future to refine and evolve the identity as it grows. Through this partnership, we help our clients take their first steps towards achieving their vision and creating a lasting impact in their industry.
Briana Garza (Co–Founder, Creative Director)
Briana Garza is the Co-Founder and Creative Director at Two Are. With experience in agencies and in-house teams, Briana has developed brands, spaces and interactive experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world such as Target, IBM, WeWork and Adidas. Her approach is big picture and creative, telling brand stories in a holistic sense from pages to screens to physical spaces.
Caleb Van Dyke (Co–Founder, Design Director)
Caleb Van Dyke is the Co-Founder and Design Director at Two Are. With experience at top creative agencies such as High Tide and Made Thought, Caleb has created brands, events and campaigns for clients like Google, Resy, Art Basel, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. His approach is systematic and focused on building lasting brand identities that grow and evolve with time.
We are on the lookout for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer (all levels welcome!) to join our team on a project-by-project basis. Our ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a variety of disciplines including branding, packaging, web design, and campaigns. Designers should be comfortable with a variety of industries such as Food/Beverage, Hospitality, Tech, Beauty and more. Our team is highly collaborative, but also values heads down focus, so the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is key. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional creative work, and possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, communicating project status, timelines, and budgets. We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Freelance Motion Designer to join our studio on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging brand experiences through motion graphics, animation, and video. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to bring identities to life through motion. You will be responsible for creating and animating assets for various mediums including social media, web, and digital advertising.
